Abortion is legal in Montana

In February, Montana Attorney General, Austin Knudsen, along with 20 other governors across America, sent a threatening letter to Walgreens and CVS about selling the abortion pill in their states.  Due to the threat of lawsuits, CVS and Walgreens have decided not to sell the medication.  I told you about this on March 3, 2023.

They are now facing many legal challenges from the states allowing abortion, and the stocks for both businesses have gone down in the last few weeks.

Abortion is legal in Montana

In fact, the Montana Supreme court says that the right of privacy in the Montana Constitution includes the right of procreative autonomy.  It's actually a very strong protection of your right to have or not to have an abortion.

EXCEPT, now we have a bucket full of senators and legislators that have taken it upon themselves to "interpret" our constitution differently in order to enact their feelings and beliefs into your home here in Montana.

Now, women will be forced into surgical abortions.

Keep in mind when you're raging, they were legally elected to represent Montanans by you and me.  IT MATTERS WHO YOU VOTE FOR. When you put someone in office just to stick it to the other guy, this is what you get.

Did you know in America, over 60 percent of the population wants safe abortion legal in their state and their country?

Now a judge in TEXAS has halted the distribution of the abortion pill by suspending the FDA's approval of Mifepristone, one of the two drugs used to end a pregnancy before TEN WEEKS.  (It has been prescribed to women since the 80's) One religious man in TEXAS has imposed his will on the ENTIRE COUNTRY even though a judge in Washington ruled just the opposite.

Again, this is what happens when you put people in office just to "get the other guy".  Those radical candidates bring their radical ideas into mainstream society, and they're starting with the women and the LGBTQ+ communities.  This Texas judge was hand chosen because the extremists knew he would rule in their favor.

But it's getting pretty dicey.  If a more intrusive government was what you all were going for last election, you're getting it.

If you want the freedom to live as you choose, it's time to start paying attention to what's going on in Helena, then vote to fix it next election.  It sucks when you voted to "stick it to the other guy" and the only person that ACTUALLY gets stuck is you.
