With today's technology for headlights, it has become much easier to spot the wildlife that choose to tempt fate with a vehicle.  But that technology has also become increasingly blaring into other vehicles that pass.

Hey, I am a lover of bright lights at night.  It only takes one time for you to realize how important they are.

Montana Code 61-9-203 - What Does it Mean to Vehicles and Headlights

Montana code 61-9-203 section 3 states that vehicle headlamps:

upon a motor vehicle, including a motorcycle, quadricycle, and motor-driven cycle, must be located at a height, measured from the center of the headlamp, of not more than 54 inches or less than 22 inches
