A burglary at a pawn shop in Bozeman, Montana earlier this month now has the attention of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tabacco and Firearms (ATF) who are offering a large reward for the recovery of the items in the theft.

The reward is being offered by the ATF in conjunction with the Bozeman Police Department and the National Shooting Sports Foundation in hopes that someone will come forward with information leading to the apprehension and conviction of the burglar.

Burglary in Bozeman Leads to ATF Offering Large Reward

The alleged theft occurred on March 2, 2026, at the Great Northern Pawn Shop in Bozeman just after 5am.  The suspect entered the business through window, and once inside, cut cables to access multiple firearms.

The investigators say the suspect was seen entering the window wearing a grey hoodie, dark pants, blue underpants and a face mask.  The ATF is offering the $5,000 reward to anyone with information on the wanted individual in the security footage.
