Montana sees plenty of visitors each and every year, and I'm sure some of those people that come to our wonderful state will leave unimpressed.
It could be for a variety of reasons, but one lifestyle blog said what was unimpressive for them was a regional food that they called "overrated."

What Makes This Montana Delicacy Overrated?
The website Cheapism took a look at all the famous regional food that they deemed was "overrated."
Food like lobster rolls in Maine, Chicago deep-dish pizza, or Spam in Hawaii.
So what about in our neck of the woods? Did they think the famous huckleberry was overrated? Perhaps it was a Pork Chop Johns? No, it was a different food all together, and one that even a few Montanans might agree with.

Are Rocky Mountain Oysters Overrated?
When it comes to the most overrated food in Montana, Cheapism says to just skip the Rocky Mountain oysters.
One of the main reasons is the fact that it seems the real reason people serve them is to get a rise out of others when you reveal what Rocky Mountain oysters really are, which, in case you don't know, are bull testicles.
I'll be honest. I grew up in a cattle ranching family, and my grandfather loved to eat them. I, on the other hand, never really cared for them.
