Annual Best-Looking Police Cruiser Contest

Most people don't want to look in their rearview mirror and see a police cruiser flashing their lights at them.

The last thing anyone is thinking about in that situation is, "Boy, that is a nice-looking cruiser."

Promoting Community Interaction Through Friendly Competition

Each and every year the American Association of State Troopers holds a contest asking people across America to vote for what state they believe has the best-looking police cruisers.

It's been running for almost 15 years now, and they just announced their winner for 2025, which sadly was not Montana.

What began as a friendly competition between state agencies has allowed the general public to interact and engage with the police in their community in a positive manner.

Florida Takes The Crown Again

This year's winner, Florida, has held the crown for 3 years running, holding off a challenge by Michigan to win by just 550 votes.

Sadly, Montana didn't finish in the top 13 for voting, which also means they'll be left off the calendar that the American Association of State Troopers does each year.

Celebrating Montana Police and Community Spirit

It's going to be hard for Montana to win, even if we have the best-looking cars, as it's an online voting contest, and with our smaller population, it'll be harder to come out on top.

Still, it's a fun way to promote Montana and get the community involved.
