During the pandemic, Montana was one of, if not the most popular states for migration from state to state.
We saw all sorts of new residents move to the Treasure State and snatch up homes, often above the asking price.
Today, it's slowed down a bit thanks to higher mortgage rates, but Montana still saw over 53,000 new residents come here since 2020.
Which Montana Town Saw the Fastest Growth?
When it comes to house price increases, sometimes it won't be where you expect, as you'll see in the gallery below.
