Montana State Fair Returns to Great Falls This July
According to The Electric, a brand-new event is coming to this year's Montana State Fair.
The fair gets underway July 24 and runs through August 1 at Montana ExpoPark in Great Falls.
Every year, people pack the fairgrounds for the rides, food, rodeo events, live music, and everything else that comes with one of the biggest events of the summer.
When horse racing was cancelled, there were plenty of disappointed fans. But this latest announcement might help soften that blow.

Little Shell Tribe Bringing Indian Relay Racing to Montana ExpoPark
This year, Indian Relay racing will be coming to the Montana State Fair, and if you've never seen it before, you're in for a treat.
Indian relay racing is one of the most exciting events you'll ever watch. Teams consist of four people and three horses, and the race covers three laps around the track.
The catch is that after each lap, the rider has to jump off one horse and climb onto another before taking off again. Then they do it one more time for the final lap.
It's fast, chaotic, and takes a ton of skill from both the riders and the horses.
The races will be hosted by the Little Shell Tribe of Chippewa Indians of Montana, and according to The Electric, they'll take place July 25 and 26.
If you were disappointed about horse racing being gone, this might end up being the event you talk about long after the fair is over.
